Returns & Exchanges

At Paradyes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Paradyes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
